I don’t know about you, but if I spend too long in London, my head starts to hurt and my brain runs dry. I start craving some outdoor time - sailing - hiking - kayaking - climbing - so with the help of my better half (in life), we started a series of creative wellness weekends. Designed as mini-adventures for those in creative industries, to help us take a break from work and re-wild how we think.
